Privacy Policy for InvexPro

This Privacy Policy applies to InvexPro – Stock Management Software (referred to as the "Application", "App", or "Service"), published by GHOST ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our").

InvexPro is designed as an offline-first business productivity tool. Unlike cloud-dependent management apps, InvexPro does not transmit or synchronize your business records to external servers. All data belongs exclusively to you and remains within your device's secure local sandbox.

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and Data Safety requirements:

The Application processes the following data entirely on your device:

• Shop Profile: Shop name, owner name, phone number, address, and GST number.
• Stock Catalog: Product names, barcodes, stock counts, categories, and purchase/sale pricing.
• Billing & Sales: Sales transactions, payment modes, invoice histories, and GST calculations.
• App Security PIN: Optional App Lock PIN stored as a cryptographic hash (never stored in plain text).

• Camera Permission (android.permission.CAMERA): Used strictly for real-time barcode scanning and capturing product photos. Camera frames are processed locally; no video or photo streams are uploaded or transmitted.

You can grant or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings without affecting core offline stock management.

Because all data remains on your device, it is used strictly for local operations:

• Managing stock quantities, categories, and low-stock alerts.
• Generating GST invoices, sales summaries, and printable PDF documents.
• Creating encrypted backup files for offline data safety.
• Securing access through optional App Lock PIN authentication.

InvexPro does not integrate any third-party SDKs that collect or process user data:

• No Ad Networks: No advertisements, banners, or ad trackers.
• No Analytics SDKs: No screen tracking, analytics beacons, or telemetry collectors.
• No Third-Party Logins: No social login tracking or third-party authentication services.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third party.

Because all records are stored locally on your device, the Service Provider has no access to your database. Sharing occurs only when you choose to export or send a PDF invoice or backup file using your phone's apps (such as WhatsApp, Gmail, etc.).

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect data on your device:

• Local Encryption: Database files are stored with AES-256 encryption within Android's sandboxed storage.
• Encrypted Backups: Database exports use AES-256 encryption with optional password protection.
• Secure Transport: Any routine network requests (such as version checks) use secure HTTPS connections exclusively.

• On-Device Control: Your data remains on your device as long as you choose to keep it.
• Complete Deletion: You can permanently delete all records by clearing the app data in Android Settings > Apps > InvexPro > Storage > Clear Storage, or by uninstalling the application.

InvexPro gives you full ownership over your data:

• Export Encrypted Backups: Save a complete backup copy of your database to any private folder on your device.
• PDF Export: Generate and share standard GST invoices and sales reports.

InvexPro is a commercial inventory management application intended for business owners and merchants. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

You have full rights to access, modify, export, or permanently erase your business records directly through the App at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any revisions will be published on this webpage with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
